Litter Box Returns

We are confident that you will love your new Modkat litter box. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return within 30 days from product receipt. Modkat will refund the purchase price minus a $10 return shipping fee.

All Other Items

Modkat will refund the purchase price of the item(s), minus all shipping costs.

Return Requirements

The item(s) must have been purchased via modkat.com, modkat.eu.
Must be returned in protective plastic bag, to prevent scratches during shipping.
Kindly remove/destroy used liners for sanitary reasons.
After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse any refund items.
Items that don't meet these requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
